I recently opened a paypal account and sent money via mpesa , my paypal didn’t reflect the payment so i topped up a higher amount, still didnt reflect , so sent my issue to the help tab only to get my account limited... i tried to fulfill the requirement of uploading an ID but it states the upload has failedd try again later . I have changed the image format and tried to increase its size still didnt work. Please help since my mpesa account shows a deduction yet my paypal reflects a zero balance
