Thank you for your response. I have decided I will close my paypal & my pp prepaid m/c. Open a real bank acciunt and deposit the check. The check is good. It's from the state. What got me upset was Ingo wont tell me why the denied the check. I've used paypal for maybe 4 years. I never agreeed to be processed by Ingo. There are like a first cousin I've never met.
