My account is limited, I've completed all but one of the steps to gain full access. It says PayPal sent an email to my primary email for the types of documents to send them, but I can't find the email (it was sent long ago) I'm guessing it got sent to my spam folder and after so many weeks it got deleted. I don't know how to get PayPal to resend the email, just so I know which documents to send in.
