I ordered a wig from a website called wigsdo.com After 55min the order was made, i sent the email to cancel my order as there were no ways for me to cancel the order from the site directly as i did guest checkout. I stated my opinion strongly that i dont need their product, and wanted full refund. Also, based on their policy, order cancelled within 24hours to do full refund. However, Seller refuse to cancel my order because it affects their personal wage. And they still emails me "Our wig is nice, please have it. Do you want any discount" this kind of **bleep**. I made dispute and it got escalated. Guess what? Paypal closed in seller's favor. I dont **bleep**ing understand why PayPal is closing in seller's favor when im the one who is getting ripped off. Good to know now that next time when i sell product, i will just ignore seller's cancel request to have the money lmao.
