Hi there, I bought a software online, however, it is not what I expected. The seller offered a 7 day money-back guarantee, and this text is even with a big "7 days money-back" in the footer section of their site. The next day, when I found out that the software was not to my liking, I contacted them with a refund request. However, they stopped communicating with me. No one is on their live chat, no one communicates via the contact form or email. There is absolutely no chance to talk to them. I turned to Paypal to start dealing with it. It was the fourth day during the "7 day money-back guarantee" period, but Paypal declined my request. I sent the request again along with a screenshot of their website, where there is a "7 days money-back guarantee", but Paypal declined my request again. I feel absolutely helpless and do not know what to do in such a situation. The seller is not communicating, Paypal declines my refund requests. The only thing Paypal said was: "Based on the information we have to date, we will have to deny your claim. This decision was made because your billing dispute doesn't match our qualifications for a billing dispute." Do any of you have similar experiences? What to do in such a situation? I paid $28 and I'm afraid I won't see the money again. Thanks in advance.
