PP went from very good customer service to NO customer service. The phone lines are not answered any longer. The website blames covid 19 which is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!! People could answer a support phone line from any where INCLUDING their home! Blaming the virus is ABSURD! WHY is this happening PP? When you have a problem in the middle of a live transaction, you need support quickly. I do not want to dump PP because you provided a great product that I have used with few problems for years, but you are forcing us to do just that!
