May I somehow add bank account that will let withdraw from it, but not allow adding to it?
The automatic "add bank" option fails, because the community bank recognizes incoming verification deposit, I supply the numbers to the verification mechanism, it verifies and then the bank rejects it, and it cancels.
However, folks from the bank said that they will let paypal to withdraw from the bank account, but not putting funds to the bank account.
