I got my nbe visa credit card a week ago. First I tried linking it and when I click on confirm card PayPal shows an error indicating the issuing bank declined the card - which they had no clue as they didn't even receive any transaction-. I have been trying for weeks to withdraw the money in my PayPal account but without a success. I got a post office EasyPay VISA which is working fine with many people but I keep getting the same error message that PayPal cannot transfer money to my bank right now. I contacted the bank and the website many times but everyone claimed the problem wasn't on their side. So I need a way of solving this problem or another verified way to withdraw money with any other bank.  ... View more
