I have been trying for over one month to get $1000 sent to my bank account. First, I went through the trouble of connecting my bank account only to find out that the maximum is $500 and I could not transfer $1000. I was told I needed to have the check mailed to me and had to make this request online. I have been trying to do this for weeks. Every time I do I get a message that I cannot do this. I have talked to four different agents, both on the phone and on the chat. Two agents told me the reason is that there is a 72 hour block. But the block has been going on for weeks. Two agents told me someone would call me within 24 hours and take care of this. No one ever calls me. This is what today's agent told me: "Unfortunately, without an address which has a P.O. Box, it would not be possible for us to send you a check." I asked who can I talk to to get my money. Once again, the agent said they will have someone call me within 24 hours. That is all they will do for me. Does anyone have any advice? Obviously customer service does absolutely nothing to help. Any other ways to contact someone who can?
