Whenever someone tries to send me money it says “Sorry, this recipient can’t accept payments right now”. I know it’s not on their end. My card has recently been cancelled because I was dumb enough to forget my pin at the cash machine, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it, because of this direct debit through PayPal has obviously not been coming out my account. If I order a new card or whatever will this fix this or is this a different issue? Please help, I use PayPal for a lot of income and need this fixing ASAP, thank you .
