One thing that is frustrating to me is that e-bay apparently notified paypal of a problem with a seller. Paypal opened a claim and put a hold on the payment without me doing anything. Well, the time went by and I have not received the item. I went back to paypal to check the status and it was no longer listed....no info at all, just like it never existed. I tried to contact the seller like I was recommended (no longer a registered user) but I kept getting a form not found message. I tried to open a resolution in e-bay but they tell me that paypal won't let me open another case on this item. I don't know if the case is going forward, or what's happening. There is apparently no way for me to find out and I'm upset that everything has just dissapeared like it never happened....am I out $15.00 with no item, money or recourse???
