I sold an item on eBay. shipped to the buyer and everything was fine for 60 days. The buyer put in a claim with PayPal saying the item no longer works. I answered the dispute by providing proof of the item working (screenshot with the serial number of the computer I sent). PayPal never once asked for proof from the buyer that it wasn't working. They sided with the buyer and refunded his purchase, leaving my account in negative balance. I called 4 times trying to appeal the case. Each rep said they would follow up with me after opening a ticket with the Back Office. I still owe the amount and havent received my item back from the buyer. I am at a loss for what I can do.
