I couldnt access my account because they need more info to resolve a problem with my account I have address the problem by sending all the documents thru the resolution center, and sent them my feedback and messages everyday to the customer service with my transaction Id. They sent an email asking the same documents over and over to no avail. Still waiting for their action 5 days ago have passed, still awaiting reply again. What should I do? ... View more
