I have no problem accepting Good Changes, things that advance a site, improve effency.    So far, that is not the case   First, no warning of a change. Appears we did not get the Notice or link to show us this.    First access to our account a months worth of archived transactions were back in the live que.    History Reports are limited, changed and bloated with unnecessary data.  Now I have to reprogram for a file import  and find a way to find all the duplicate transaction I never got in a download in the past when I could download "Balance affecting transactions only".   No report for the working Capital Loan. Had one of these, now it's data is no longer available now I have to created a report from lines and lines of downloaded history.    Ive spent a fair amount of time on a change that has done nothing to improve my access or fuctionality to using PayPal.   That's not progress.          ... After Three attempts yes!   We finally did get this to work,, apparently Paypal has some security setting issue that was blocking their systems from deposting the funds to our account.  We change the setting and in 24 hours I was able to get this to work.                  ... View more

12/19/2014, 12/22/2014 -   Paypal Working Capital --- Online Application Not Working   Called phone number was told it's not working and tech support is working on it...best answer was to try again every 3-5 days.    Why, if Paypal knows this feature is not working would their website let me get 90% down the path of attempting a loan to only fail on the end?   I get an E-mail or two every week offering this service and decided it fit an inventory purchase need.. and fail.    Ugh.        ... WOW....if this started almost two weeks ago... and yet no hard core answers...???   How about a warning message on screen as soon as people log into the Paypal website!!!!!    I had to call your office and get an account rep. who knew nothing of this issue, then while on the phone waiting for no valid information I did a Google search to find a Ebay forum taking about this almost two weeks ago.... yet here on 06/01/2012 I now have computers effected by this and I had to find help and information from a Google Search and not from the source.   This website traffic's about 20% of my business income now, and I can not get warnings or answer direct from the source.   Paypal needs to be more proactive about this now.   If programmers introduced bad code, so be it... but do so with the respect and peace of mind security issues need to be considered at these days.   I look forward to a resolve and increased communication on issues like this in the near future!   Michael   ...
