I recently sent a message to a seller through PP and now the resolution centre tells me there is a reply from the seller. The problem is that clicking the link takes me exactly nowhere. How the heck do I follow up on the situation? It may be a tech support problem with the site, but I can't find anywhere to address that. I've spent a lot of time clicking links and making phone calls but everything is automated. I'm in Canada, is there any way to actually talk to a human?
