If you're looking to change the billing address for your credit account I recommend contacting our PayPal Credit department directly. You can locate the number for PayPal Credit https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-credit/faq here. towards the bottom of this page, you'll notice a "Managing Your PayPal Credit Account" section where you can locate the best number to call.
