Hi everyone, I've moved from Germany to the UK last year and tried to ask PayPal if this means I will have to switch accounts in some way (I couldn't change my address to my new address, since it would only let me enter a German address), but back then the "send email"-button didn't work. A few weeks ago I changed my e-mail address both on Ebay and PayPal, but for some reason the payment I now received on Ebay was sent to my old e-mail address (I had removed it from PayPal!). Luckily I still have the account and checked it. Now, when I added the old address again, suddenly I see that my payment is on hold! PayPal sent me an e-mail saying they think I took a higher risk with this payment, which is nonsense. I sent a message describing my problem, but all I got was an automatic reply that said "PayPal is for free!"! And on top of that I can't find out the UK customer service telephone number, because I still have a German account, and don't want to pay international call fees! What's worse - I'm in the middle of a personal crisis and need every penny I can make via eBay, so I really can't wait 21 days until PayPal releases my payment. It's asking me for a tracking number to get the payment, but I usually don't send parcels as "signed for" - do I get a tracking number with just sending it as normal second class? And I don't know if that will work either, because the delivery options PayPal gives me to choose from are all German! How can I speak to a human in the UK?
