In general, there may be multiple reasons why you cannot complete some actions with your PayPal account. At the moment, we are not experiencing any specific technical issues! Firstly, please make sure that your account has not been restricted and you can do so from your Resolution Centre. If this is not the case, it may be that some actions have been prevented for security reasons. Unfortunately, we cannot bypass these settings but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
