Hello, Let's start with the two sandbox accounts you created. Can you share the "merchant id" for the business account please ? Instructions on how to retrieve the merchant id from a business account can be found in the thread "pinned" to the top of this forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue". Once I have the merchant id, I can check that account and the buyer account and see what's happening with the payments. Thanks !
