Is anyone able to help? I'm getting absolutely nowhere with the PayPal sandbox accounts. I've created two sandbox accounts: one is a business account, the other a personal account mimicking a buyer. I've tried to make payments from the buyer's account into the business account, but they never surface. There are messages in the buyer's account to say the payment hasn't been accepted yet. On top of that, I'm unable to verify either account; I don't know if that's significant. I've tried many, many times to send the e-mail to verify the user, but no e-mails are sent. I've checked they're not in my spam folders either. The ultimate aim is to get IPN working. I've been banging my head against a brick wall with that for about 20 hours now, until I only just realised I can't even make simple payments using the PayPal UI itself. I've never had a problem with PayPal before in the real world, so I suspect the sandbox is relying on something I've yet to do. Any help would be much appreciated!
