Yep, I have used Paypal for years now, thinking incorrectly that I have buyer protection - which is really not. It doesn't matter if you have been sent a faulty product/ incorrect product, you need to pay return costs.... Paypal should refund the money for LiJ Co's account and return it to customers and then close their account. Judging by what I'm reading this is a scam, we can't all be wrong??!! I'm very disappointed in Paypal's so called 'Buyer Protection'..... won't be making the same mistake.
