Hi @Temp20220516ad,   Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community forum!   In general, there may be multiple reasons why your friend cannot send you a payment. Firstly, please check your Resolution Centre to make sure that there are no pending issues on your account preventing you from receiving money. Then, if our Customer Service suggested to your friend to add a card to complete the payment, it may be that the payment is being prevented by our security system. In that case, your friend can try to clear cache and cookies, to delete the browser history and to wait for 48 hours without accessing the account to let the system reset.
