I opened my paypal account 2 days ago, i confirmed the card and after 1h it showed me that your account is temporary limited, ok i submitted the documents and today i got a message that your account is permanently limited. What i can do to get the access back? I haven’t done anything illegal. I just use paypal to get paid by shops on Instagram
