Please forgive my curiosity. I guess paypal (correct me if I'm wrong) has very strong protection for buyers but the sellers? None! If not, may I humbly ask what Seller Protection has PayPal? Way back, a package for which tracking info has it that the package has been delivered wasn't true as at then. (Long stories short) 3 weeks after I had a refund, a postman brought me the same package I'd already received refunds. Now, was this Seller any protected by PayPal or it left the Seller at the god or bad conscience of the buyer?
