@Taliaexpress In the event of an item not received dispute the seller has approx up to 3 weeks (from a buyer opening a dispute through to the claim being closed) to provide trackable proof of delivery of the item to the buyer. Most items can be sent and received worldwide in about a week so that should not be a problem. If they can't do that then the buyer gets a refund.
