I find it incredibly not funny that PayPal says your "instant" transfer will be on hold for "up to" however many arbitrary hours the choose, 2, 4 ,12, 72 or whatever. My issue is with the phrase "up to" it is intentionally deceitful because everyone and their mother knows it will not come one nanosecond sooner. I dont get how their legal department let's them put the phrase "up to" in there. If it were me I would want "no sooner than" because that is the truth. I would also be willing to bet that transfers done by different people at the same time are given different holding times. I. Sure they are reviewing transfers to a certain extent. But the amount of time the hold the tranfer has absolutely nothing to do with the amount of time it takes to review.
