Hello there everyone..
I recently started heavy marketing on Facebook, and now my account is limited due to increased volume. I sent in documentations about orders and so on, and now they tell me its 50/50 chance if i can continue to use PayPal. I just want all the best for my customers, and giving them a chance to pay with PayPal will make them feel safe, which is want i want. I do not have that many resolution problems, and when they happens we usually get is resolved. Can anyone from PayPal or anyone else please advice me? For some reason my issue was sent up to a higher level. Personally i just dont understand why increased volume should be an issue, as iam selling the same products as I have done for over a year having PayPal as an option. This does affect my business, as I have many customers who ask if i can accept PayPal... I feel so hopeless right now.
