I have a website for a charitable organization and i set up a donation form with paypal with this action <form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post" target="_top"> The form works sometimes with captcha and sometimes without and sometimes it doesn't work at all and get the message RESULT_CODE_KILLED_BAD_MESSAGE This is on my pc where it works with firefox but not with chrome or edge. It works on ipad and iphone.
