I bought 3 items from a dodgy seller it appears. I received one and the other 2 were never sent so I raised a dispute that items were not received. PayPal changed it to 'significantly different from order'. Then they asked me to return and prove return. But I cannot since I did not receive 2 and the other was given as a gift 3 months earlier. In spite of explaining this 10 times, the denied the dispute and closed it. How do I escalate this useless service from PayPal and the dishonesty of the supplier?! DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL TO ASSIST!!!
