Dear community. There is a Chinese bank (ICBC) card linked to my account. I used the card many times with Paypal payments. I want to pay ExpressVPN service via the card, but when I'm trying to pay there is no this card in the list. I can't choose it and hence can't use it, can't pay the service. I experienced the same problem with some other services (mostly american). Why does it happen and what's the solution? Hope You'll help me. Thank you and have a nice day.
