anybody can help with this issues? ive been trying to withdraw my money here at paypal but its declined, it says the error is within paypal. so i tried another way, buy transfering my funds to my friend who has a verified paypal and bank account, seems to be error too cos i can send money? please help me anyone here? theres no paypal hotline here in philippines. this is getting too stressful
