I've been using the F&F option to pay business invoices for years because it's much cheaper than sending a bank wire. Today I went to pay an invoice and noticed there was no upfront $5 fee taken out. I thought "Hmmm, cool" but minutes later my sales rep in China sent me an email saying their payment was reduced by several hundred dollars and to send the rest. Did Paypal just get rid of friends and family?
