Hello fellow paypal users. I have a doubt so maybe you can help me. I bought some balenciaga shoes from a seller that was advertising via poshmark but told me to send the money via paypal not through poshmark. Long story short it's been a month and i havent received a thing. The shoes were 300 usd. The seller provided a tracking number that it still appears as pre shipment from february 26. I added a picture so you guys can check: I asked politeley for a refund but the seller didnt want to so i opened a claim via paypal because its been a month, i didnt get anything and the tracking number still appears as usps waiting for the item. I'm afraid I might never get a refund and that this seller is scamming me (i contacted her family via facebook and they told me she still has the product and didnt ship it, she was supposed to "reship it" over a week ago.) I dont really want to lose this because its my hard worked money and i'm afraid that she's getting away with this and that paypal will decide in her favor. any tips or comments you guys want to give me? thanks
