Hey guys. Please help here. So i recently escalated a claim about an item i never received. I have the tracking number i’ve been expecting for that package over a month and if i check usps and it appears as shipping label created. I never got anything even contacted usps and they say they never got anything. Paypal favored the seller because i suspect she did a stunt and sent them a false tracking number that it appears as delivered. I contacted paypal and they say I’ll have an answer by april 8. This is so unfair because i suspect they will decide in her favor again. What should I do?
