I have a refund to be received from a Ali-express seller. she has asked my pay-pal details and i gave it to her. Now she's saying this "Could you contact with the PayPal support for this matter? From the tips, I can't refund you via PayPal email since you limit it. Or maybe you can offer me the payment link?" please help
