A guy through a web site (leboncoin.fr ) wanted to buy a tool from me. I offered to him the possibility to pay via paypal. But what he paid is NOT what we agreed for. My problem: I want to refuse to payement, which was a "buy thing" type of payement with some fees. But I only have the "refund" option which will have some fees. How is it possible to REFUSE a payement without further financial fees? It is difficult to refuse something I didn't agree for that will cost to me!!! Thank you for your help in advance.
