Guys, i have a personal account and i've setup paypal button and all. But my customers are not able to checkout as Guests (no paypal account needed). When clicking the pay now button, they are brought to a page asking them to sign in to paypal or create an account.   Paypal Account optional turned ON but customers are still REQUIRED a Paypal Account   I've got a personal account but as per docs I understand that even personal accounts can receive Credit card payments from users w/o paypal account, right?   ... Setting up a little online store and I wanted to upgrade my paypal account to a business account so i can integrate paypal API with my website (i developed)   I'm concerned about the fees ... specially the 4%+ fees for international transactions + conversion fees etc.. Hoping someone would provide some clarity to the following:   1. If i'm from the Philippines, my bank account and all are of the same country, and I accept payments from Philippine credit cards, is that considered "international" transactions? I mean that's domestic right?  2. And if i happen o accept payments from orders outside the PH in different currency, does that mean i have to pay additional % on top of the usually for the conversion?   hi Guys Sorry to bring this to the community, I have tried contacting paypal to no avail.   i've been plagued by security issues/notices and i can't seem to clear them no matter what i do. Everytime i login to paypal i get "We noticed some unusual activity" message and I'm asked to verify my account and change my password, which i do so, EVERY TIME!   However I still get this error/warning every time!   Also when I am logged into my account I see these notifications   To which I have tried to clear by repeatedly uploading the necessary documents and such.   I've done everything the site asks me to do, MANY TIMES, EVERY TIME I LOG IN!   I have received no confirmations or errors or what nots.   Is the darn site broken or something????? ...
