Has anyone had any luck contacting PayPal UK customer services since the Covid 19 situation? I've had a limitation put on my account since reporting fraudulent transactions on my account. To which PayPal responded by saying they were legitimate transactions. Thankfully my bank sorted these transactions for me and refunded me the money and sent me a new debit card.
I have money in my PayPal account which I need to withdraw to my bank account but cant due to the limitations that have been placed on it. I've tried rectifying this a number of times through the resolution centre, where Im asked to confirm my old bank card which is now deactivated. I've lost count of the number of agents I've now spoken to through the Message Centre, all of which just keep repeating the same instructions which get me nowhere.
I've tried phoning customer services a number of times, where Im told due to the current situation nobody is available to take my call and then the line just goes dead. Im really at a loss as to what else I can do to get my money out of my PayPal account? Safe to say I will never be using PayPal again if/when I manage to get this sorted. Thanks in advanced Will
