I know the feeling. While this is a business, I honestly dont like the fact that they can do with my money what they please. They have complete control of my money, which scares me. Just because someone has 100- transactions or a dispute in their past, does not give a company the right to scoop up someones money for however long they want, as they really dont have to promise you anything even though they have guaruntees and what not. My question is if paypal is holding on to someones 60 bucks or whatever and during the holding time that person sells other stuff and ends up in a dispute, will that person ever see their money or will paypal decide to keep it because a transaction didnt go as planned? The thing is, with thousands of people (and probably thousands new registering everyday) using paypal for thousands of transactions, there are bound to be mistakes and its not right to hold a mistake against someone. Money should only be held from people under circumstances unique to that persons case with proof. This whole general money holding for no reason is not fair, or right in the least. Just because someone else may have **bleep**ed up does not mean everyone should be punished.
