I really dislike having to take the time asking the community, I feel like Im wasting peoples time for something that should be easy to understand. Anyways, I paid for an item of which I was told days later that it was no longer available so I replied to the vendor stating that I would like to cancel the order and get a refund. Seems simple enough, right? I never got a reply or any emails from the seller or from paypal, telling me of any refund received. So, I looked in my statements and found the invoice and it says "payment status cancelled" but when I click on "details" it says " payment status completed" When searching my bank statement I cant find any record of the transaction amount so it leaves me thinking one of two things happened. 1st. the funds were taken out of my paypal balance (since there is a record of the amount paid to the vendor) or 2nd, the payment was stopped but there was no record of payment reversals or refunds. I would simply like to confirm if I was refunded or not. Thank you in advance
