Everyone good day, My relative asked me to transfer money to an account, however he sent the account id of a new account that I didn't pay attention to. I sent it to his old account, which apparently he is locked out of. The transaction is complete, but according to him he cant access it to return the money to me so that I can then send it to the other account that he can access. I have contacted paypal many times and the result is that he needs to return it to me but then he cant because he cant access the account, so its like a perpetual situation. Does anyone have any suggestions that could help?
