I am totally flabbergasted!! I lodged three claims as I had processed three separate payments for the one seller on different orders but all sent (apparently) together. The parcel was sent with a tracking number but no signature required. As I had not received the parcel over a week later I looked up the tracking number only to see that Australia Post had it as delivered.....obviously not to me. After contacting Australia Post they agreed to refund the total mount paid back to the seller so that they could send it back to me. No such luck!! Paypal have declined the claims as the seller has sent through proof of postage? Even Australia Post could not tell me what address had been put on the package as they said it must have been hand written yet apparently Paypal can see that it was correct?? Now the seller has been paid twice for items that I haven't received and Paypal think this is just fine. I certainly will be closing my account with Paypal and just making do with shopping the old fashioned way.
