Recently attempted to buy a game key from what turns out to be a less than honest site. Customer service is barely existent (online chat or email) and the only response I got was it would take at least another 2 days to give me a code. Payed using PP (via Debit Card) but while I thought it would use my PP account it did not and the transaction was completed "outside"/ not logged into any account (sorry I dont know PP's term for this). I have the receipt number but don't know how to go about disputing this transaction from these cowboys, they wont respond and there seems no way to start a dispute for transactions like this on PP and no way to "add" this to my account.
