I am an user of paypal bank in India since 2017, having Punjab National Bank (Retailer) accounts. I have added my bank accounts and debit cards to transfer money to paypal account But I got a message every times that "sorry your master card/ bank account --- was declined. You can complete your purchase with the funding source selected. or choose another way to pay." I have tried to contact several times to PNB customer care and my branch. But they don't have any idea about that even branch manager don't know about "Paypal". I am still waiting to complete this process. Can paypal help me to short out this issue or tell another method for smooth operation.
