Hello, I have a simple suggestion for Paypal. It would be great if Paypal were to display the BBB (Better Business Bureau) Ratings of a Company/Website just before he/she completes a payment to the merchant. So, the user goes to a website, selects a product, then selects Paypal as payment. After the user is redirected to Paypal and logs on, up pops the BBB rating for the company (A to F), or the company is New (which is fine, or no complaints or not enough time for a new company to build a history). Then the user can decide to go on and complete the purchase or not. This verification has helped me a lot, believe me. I recently made an order, but after completing the Paypal transaction, I saw the BBB rating of the company as F (I know should have checked before, but we use our phones and in a hurry, etc.). Fortunately, I was able to get a refund by immediately canceling my order. On Paypal the user can have the option in his profile to select if such Merchant ratings are displayed or not before he completes a Paypal transaction. Or from which Business Monitoring Service he chooses to get the rating from. BBB is a very good choice. If you agree, gather your opinions and ask Paypal to implement this option..
