Someone won one of my Ebay auctions and paid me immediately. Shortly thereafter, they asked if I could cancel the order, they had changed their mind. Being the nice person I am, I agreed and asked them to submit a cancel order on their end. But instead, they chose Return order. Now the money they paid me is stuck in Paypal limbo as a disputed transaction and I cannot refund the money or cancel the order. I called Ebay and said it was ridiculous that they allowed her to "return" an item that clearly shows in their system as having never even shipped. Paypal leaves me on hold and Ebay told me she has to cancel the return on her end. However, she is telling me there is nowhere to cancel the return. We are stuck. I am not about to give her a refund out of my Paypal funds when the funds she gave me are "frozen" by Paypal. Any advice on how to do this or actually reach a human being at Paypal?
