Permanent imitation on account

I have used papal for many years. as an online twitch streamer & social media content creator all my income from this work is via directed via Paypal.  I use paypal to receive my money from the online companies and then i transfer it to my bank, I shop online in retail & amazon with paypal. I also send money to friends.  Nothing that is against the user terms of services.  I have phoned paypal 3 times and emailed 2 times and i have received the same answer which is they have blocked my account and wont tell me what i have blocked my account for saying I broke some kind of terms of agreement. all my account is valid as in document sna d phone and address and bank accounts. I cant use another service as it directly stops and discourages people from contributing to my online social media. I have asked them to elaborate on what transactions are causing this issue and they tell me they can not tell me.  Also they are holding all my information on there system and refuse to delete all personal records of me off there system including bank details, name, address, phone number and any images of me.  I just want to be able to use my paypal account again so i can carry on with my twitch and social media services. I have offered to give them any information they need to see none of my transactions are violating there services.  Any help please let me know how i can either get through to some one that can help not some one who will tell me the same answear. or how i can get rid of all information on paypal system.  ...
