I bought some items from JD store, but the order didn't successfully go through meaning it says on PayPal order placed with merchant but JD being the merchant don't have any record of the payment nor any trace of the delivery so my money is stuck pending with merchant but I cant refund it, ive messed the JD store and they cannot so anything as the payment or delivery hasn't gone through.
