@4cryingoutloud Looks like you have money you need to claim, by verifying your identity to keep it in your PayPal balance or elect to withdraw all funds hitting your PayPal account to your linked bank account if you choose not to verify your identity. PayPal anti-Money laundering measures. They don't want money there to be parked for/from nefarious reasons/people. It's a formality.
