In the middle of making a purchase, an offer to receive a $10.00 discount on that purchase for opening a new PayPal credit account was made. While filling out the application, I realized I had entered the number of the wrong credit card I was going to link to the account, and tried to back up. I haven’t seen that application, nor any other since. Am I supposed to just wait for another offer to be made?
